We’re delighted to receive wonderful feedback from a Monnow Ward patient “It was nice to see the young volunteers enthusiasm and they helped the day pass more quickly, and also all of the nurses, doctors and staff that looked after me while I was in hospital are fantastic.”

The particular young volunteer in question is so cheery and helpful - it was great to be on the ward and witness the positivity flow!! Also a HUGE shout out to he Monnow Ward staff, who are absolutely fabulous with our volunteers.
