This is the year. Teachers have been thrown around. I pray we don’t lose good teachers who are passionate. Big changes are coming in Indiana.

I’m constantly asked if the goal of $40K for beginning teachers will help w/ the teacher shortage.
Although districts are doing the best they can just to meet that threshold, we’re about 15K off.
If educators figure out and/or follow their earning power, we’re all in trouble.
