Brand doing $301,000 a month goes to SHIT Before anything how the hell did they reach $301,000 a month? The offer to the market was clear, they were the first one to bring this USP of "we do it better than other streetwear brands" and their Design actually resonated that People were grabbing it for them, for their loved ones, all the extra colors, heck they were even gettin' engaged in it and sharing it on social media (went viral) the price was self justified because of the Design (mind i say Design not quality) no. 3 is the worst thing that went wrong: 1: All their socials, their meta, pretty much all their social proof...? HACKED and deleted, it was worse enough that CVR dropped by 70% to 80% and traffic was non existent but the biggest mistake was not switching to an agency ad account quick enough (they never did) 2: When rev goes up but repeat purchase rate 2%. If you are solely dependent on new customers... NGMI. This brand had a huge issue with low RPR, Why? They didn't drop new products, idk the reason but for some reason they just didn't do drops more often (biggest money maker in fashion btw) that's not a self-brand, that's a meta's brand. 3: Biggest one: MFERS GOT LAZY AND STOP BEING SLAVE TO META, being slave only to meta is one thing, but not being consistently slave is even worse, even tho we still handled the emails very wisely, brand still got wiped out. that's how shiet hit the fan

You need periods of time where you are all in and doesn't care about anything else other than that goal, no religion, no obstacles, no thoughs, no thinking What you need it just focus on getting that goal done without anything to fall back on If you are tryna lose weight just focus on that for next 30 days eat same thing again n again and have few lose screws to get it done If its making money or scaling brands just give your savings to someone and tell them to not send it back anymore unless you achieve the goal, and needs can only be paid from the new money

Here's how I validate the product B4 branding it. Only 5 things needed: -Meta acc -3X budget of the product -1$ shopify -30 to 40 ads minimum -Ripped decent branding -Metrics in acc You build 2 funnels: 1 mid problem to solution aware: You relate them on what they are pain points, experiencing, dealing, going thru then you take them to your solution. Give them a good offer, done. 1 solution to product aware: You look at the current states of products in the market, do claude if you can make the winner product better or nah (this is really important) then you start running comparison ads of why your product is better. (has less carbs, has more protein or is easy to use etc) now you go ahead and make the ads (min 30) You put all of them in ABO, let them run for 3 to 4 days and Don't look at it (search more products at the time) after 3 days you look at the metrics CPM: If it's high, that means market has less people who would buy it. if It's low GGs now look at CTR. CTR: If CTR is low it has low demand thus I usually stop unless I wanna run it up so I do Unaware less that lead to problem and solution. if CTR is high good. CVR: if in these 3 days lets say you spend $150 and you break even: zero thoughts run that product If you made half of it back: I'd make few more ads and push CBO with best metric ads. if there's zero sale, FUCK IT WE BALL change the product. that's my method.
