Tomorrow she will have to endure, a below the knee amputation of one of her feet. I have contacted every resource I can find with no resolution. Trying to keep the lights on and not lose our only vehicle.

If anyone knowledgeable in #Parkinsons and or #Dementia is willing to help me understand better how a severe injury could cause a sudden onset and quick progression of dementia like systems including delusions and hallucinations, I'd love to have more resources to understand.

I am replaceable to my job without a second thought, my mom is not replaceable and if these are her final days, I'm going to spend them with her as many as I can. Everyone talks about the importance of family, Noone wants to pay me to sit by her bedside.

I missed almost 30 hrs this week between the emergency room and Dr's visits, now I have to add getting a new air conditioner, we wait to find our when the next surgery is #holidayweekend and all. I'm a #hotmess and I know it.
