If you missed it earlier this week, the 2019-20 NOAA #Winter Outlook was issued. The overall theme for December 2019 through February 2020 is above average #temperatures across the U.S., with above average #precipitation across the Northern U.S. and in parts of Alaska and Hawaii.

5th grade Franklin champion mathematicians used their strategies and prior skills on a math task. Team work was required to help them through their "productive struggle" with a new decimal concept. Awesome learning and great teamwork!
