What are you doing for rib ftx in your elderly pts? Have you heard of (or done) an Erector Spinae block? If no, consider it! Like a fascia iliaca block for the hip, can decrease opioid needs. One of the many blocks in our Regional Anesthesia library simkit.co

Do you know why we ask questions with our training modules? It's not to keep you on your toes (though knowing questions are coming sure does help us pay attention!). It is part of what is called GENERATIVE LEARNING and is founded in cognitive science.
