This is deep I can recall how frustrated I was during my final year analysis
But there are various factors to consider, but before then, multicollineaerity inflates SE, which results in making coefficient difficult to interpret
These factors are considered but one common factor is
- Variance inflation factor ( VIF )
So apparently you would have to calculate the VIF and in this process if the VIF value is > 5 or 10 it means there is a high correlation btw independent variables
