No way this life threatening defect can be blamed on ambiguous building regs. Also not covered by government grants as out of scope. @michaelgove @team_greenhalgh the #polluterPaysAmendment covers all of this and is ready to go.

Unfortunately this does nothing for people who have internal issues, and what about flammable insulation? Does that count as cladding? A step in the right direction, but much more still to be done to force @Barrattplc and @avivainvestors to act.

It's now official. @Barrattplc say there is nothing wrong with these pictures. Perfectly acceptable build quality, even though the holes allow fire & smoke to spread from flat to flat. Something to consider before buying from @BarrattHomes.
