I will write some Go for this and probably use Neo4j.
The project is simple. I had played 9x9 tic tac toe. The rules are totally different from what we have for the 3x3 version.

With AI while able to build and ship faster. I'm not learning anything and my reliance on it is increasing.
I don't like it so I'm planning to build a small application without any AI assistance.

Why? Because this will involve handling multiple goroutines and fighting with race conditions and optimising everything so that it can get all the 3^81 (ie. ~5x10^38) states in a manageable timeframe.

Rules & regulations doesn't work on verbal assurance but on written agreements. And the recent UGC guidelines are explicitly discriminative towards GC students. Mere verbal assurance doesn't change written rules.

I wanted to build an application which listens on port 80, but for ports < 1024 you need root privileges.
I don't want my app to run it with root. A work-around I found that you can route these requests with PF (Packet Filtering) on MacOS. But I'm not able to make it work.
