The game isn’t building traditional starters anymore. At the @uspbl, were changing that. We are actively recruiting Primary Starting Pitchers who want to take the ball every week, pitch deep into games, and become the durable, innings-capable arms MLB organizations need. This role is a real opportunity to develop into a true workhorse starter, supported by a structured process intentionally built for that goal. As a pitcher, you can expect: • Biomechanics tracked every start to reinforce sequencing and repeatability • Range of motion monitoring to identify and address fatigue patterns early • Pitch metrics captured with MLB-level technology for apples-to-apples evaluation • A consistent weekly routine built around recovery, mound work, preparation, and workload management • A development environment designed to build durability — not limit it Most importantly, the process is engineered to get outs and prove you can execute at a high level. Very few baseball places provide the structure, workload, and data-driven support needed to develop a traditional starter. The USPBL is one of them. On October 28th, the @uspbl will begin offering contracts to players that will pave the way for the next generation of All-Decade Players (pictured). Our league and staff is prepared to provide playing opportunities to over 30 players before April 6th as we prepare for the 2026 season. The 2026 season is a commitment to the structure and processes that have made the USPBL successful in the past. But it will also pave the way for new people, technology, and opportunities for the USPBL and its players. We have some exciting announcements planned in the upcoming weeks. Our commitment to our players is to keep growing the league, the brand of baseball, and our vision under the “Who’sNext” philosophy. We will be focused on creating a culture of learning and growth —an environment that allows failure while acquiring or enhancing skills, building exposure, and advancing. We must prove that we improve players who can play at the next level. PITCHER OF THE WEEK (again)

The Hoppers threw a combined six inning no-hitter and dominated the Beavers 19-0 in today’s non-public game. John Kelly, Delmus Russ, and Garrett Brown all pitched really well to shut down the Beavers. Offensively, @NoahmarcouxNoah went 2 for 4 with a home run and 4 RBI. @goehrig_matt hit his second home run on the year and had a 5 RBI game. @ZebRoos went 2 for 4 with a double, stolen base, and 3 runs driven in. Congrats to @SkipRK23 and his team today. @uspbl

The cool part about being a hitting coach is you have a group of guys that are always crushing it and group of guys that are fighting like hell. There’s never a day where everyone is happy and comfortable. Helping guys navigate through both is as satisfying as it gets.

Had a great time down in Georgia for the @IndyBallJobs showcase representing the @uspbl and Diamond Hoppers. A lot of talented players were able to showcase themselves in front of every independent league. These guys are doing a great job! Looking forward to the next one!
