🪵 Carpenter ants build nests in damp wood by chewing out areas with their mandibles. They do not consume the wood like termites do and you generally find sawdust piles beside where they have made the nest.

The client called us because they had birds in their vent that a starling had pecked through the louvers. Once the birds leave we will return to clean out the vent. Then we will replace the vent with wire mesh

🦝 This raccoon's mother was trapped and taken away. It is so important that people leave wildlife in their homes to trained wildlife professionals. That way the mother and babies won't be separated.

I visited my aunt and uncle's home. They informed me that a squirrel had gotten inside their roof. When I checked there were no shingles on the return.
I installed a one way door and then shingled it. I also had to use some sheet metal

Birds don't always rely on bird feeders in the summer due to abundant natural food.
If you leave food out it is okay so long as strict hygiene is maintained. Heat and humidity can cause food to spoil quickly

This job changed from a squirrel issue to repairing the roof and soffit because an ice dam was pulling the eavestrough and fascia metal down. This occurred for three years, leaving the fascia board open for the squirrels to chew right in there
