Russian State Duma MP General Gurulev admitted that Russian forces killed civilians in Donbas in 2014 on his personal orders.
Gurulev said that a woman and a child were killed in shelling by Russian forces 12 years ago in Donbas, when he was commanding troops.
"I did that. There was no other way. I had to save my own men."
At the same time, he called for strikes on Ukrainian cities:
"But this is war. And the enemy must be struck everywhere. In Kyiv. So that there is no water, no electricity, no sewage - nothing."

Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked a Russian convoy of around 50 fuel and ammo trucks near Armiansk!
Since the Chonhar bridge is closed after previous Ukrainian attacks, Russian troops have to use other routes.
They concentrated a large number of vehicles, and Ukrainian Defenders took advantage of this - Dmytro "Perun" Filatov, Commander of the 1st Separate Assault Regiment named after Dmytro Kotsiubailo.
