Claude Fable 5 is insane. Yes, the tokens are expensive but I one shot this threejs, fully interactive, multiplayer metaverse. Users join and are assigned an ID and can hangout and chat in this mini metaverse. I cannot believe my eyes. @alightinastorm for the threejs inspo.

As a result of a US government directive, we are suspending access to Claude Fable 5 for all users. You can continue to use all other Claude models.
Here’s what this means for you:
Across Claude products, new sessions will run on your selected default model or Opus 4.8, and existing Fable 5 sessions will end with an error.
On the Claude Platform, requests to Fable 5 will also return an error. Please update your integrations to other Claude models.
We know this is a disruption to your workflows; we appreciate your patience and support.

The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees.
The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance.
Access to all other Claude models is not affected.
We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible.

don't let the c guys who also happen to have a 4070 card laugh at performance problems, these mfs slap unoptimized 8k textures on props and then write a blog post about micro optimizing caches in your CPU

Claude Fable 5 and ThreeJS (hello @threejs) is unbeatable. I made this full, multiplayer air combat simulator. It has a hanger for aircraft upgrades, leaderboard and multiple maps. Still needs some work.
250k tokens burned...ai gaming is here to stay.

This is not new at all; people love to skip to results and overlook implementation details. For small things, this is a decent way to learn and can be crafted intentionally for such. But with more intricate things, there is no substitute for understanding what you are working on.

Claude Fable one shot me a full blown MMO game in a single prompt.
Full combat system, infinite map, enemies, inventory, chat, dance animations, combat system and so on. I gave it a Windows 95 spin as well. This cost 135k tokens, built in threejs as usual.
My mind is blown, again.

Claude Fable 5 is truly insane. In the time I vibe coded that metaverse game and Tweeted it, I have now created a side scrolling threejs Dirt Bike game. Again, multiplayer possibility, random generated courses...and it generated sound somehow?
