Painted my nails sparkly pretty so I'm less likely to bite/pick/scratch/itch myself! a tip from my Psychiatrist if you have a habit of biting your nails is to use a polish that tastes and (up close) smells Gross, it's worked so well 4 me! if anyone wants I can drop the brand ^^
