Shoutout to Single-Leg Deadlifts impeccable core control cuz I highkey should’ve wiped out a few times lmao. I always felt more comfortable w/ inline skates rather than quads, but getting on blades after 20 years is nowhere near as easy as I thought it would be 😅😂
