The more time I invest into understanding the problem of #snakebite the more I'm realising I know very little. The problem is very diverse with its roots embedded into the institutional gaps. This highlights the need for preventive measures which are often underfunded.
Hot off the press! We comparatively evaluated venom composition and biochemical activity, morbidity- (haemorrhage, necrosis, nephrotoxicity) and toxicity-inflicting potentials of Russell's viper from India and Palestine viper from Israel.
