It’s Social Mobility Day ❤️
Today we’re celebrating every member of our SMF community. Our young people, alumni, volunteers, staff, trustees and partners who work together to turn opportunity into a reality for young people across the UK.
We’re not going to tell you why social mobility matters, we’ll let Hibah do that 🌟
We know there’s work to be done. Young people like Hibah deserve to live in a society where postcode doesn’t define potential.

Now, It's time to do the same for class. Read our Class Pay Gap research: lnkd.in/eNt5qUzs

Thank you to everyone who’s already donated and made a huge impact in the lives of our brilliant students.

That’s why we’re calling on the Government to make big employers collect and publish socioeconomic data for their workforces
