Something I learned about myself when it came to a scarcity mindset is I was prolonging joy. Especially when it came to food.
I would save the best parts of my food for last. Or get upset internally when other people went straight for the best part/ dessert
I learned that I am allowed to have that instant feeling of happiness. I donโt have to wait on it.
Some of this may have come from my religious upbringing that told me Iโll have to wait until I get to heaven to experience real joy/peace. Idk.

Pro tip:
Costco is often the cheapest place to get prescriptions on GoodRx. If you have a patient that needs it to buy scripts, tell them they can go to Costco. They donโt need a membership to use the pharmacy, itโs illegal to have a membership service to a pharmacy.
