Unpopular opinion: I believe we need more women on stage talking about something else than being a woman on stage.
Great women showing their expertise, their knowledge, acting as role models and helping other women in STEM.

The problem in traditional setups is mainly related to different needs between men and women, while there hasn't been a real conversation on design and not this shame culture that says that women take too much time.
