Hey @Se_Railway is this really an ok way for people to travel, especially when the return fare on this route is over £80?? Not just standing, but packed like sardines; because only half the 12-coach train is in service, so we’re all crammed into the 6-coach part during rush hour.

Hi @FenwickStores. I’ve sent two customer services emails about a broken purchase. I’ve had no acknowledgement or reply. Please will you advise on how I quickly wrap this up and get my refund (without having to go back in-store, as it’s not convenient - I live a long way away).

By the way, this isn’t to do with today’s disruption. (And to all the people who wanted to get to Paris for new year, my heart goes out to you💔) This was a journey on 30th November and a complaint lodged in mid-December when I realised I’d not been properly reimbursed. Shocking.
