ALT Does my boss have to give me paid time off to vote this Ontario Election? All workers who are qualified to vote must be allowed 3 consecutive hours free from work to vote while polling stations are open. If you do not have 3 hours free from work, you must be given time off work to vote. These hours must be paid. Workers Action Centre dot org.
