Earlier this week, the @DeptofWar — in full collaboration with Venezuelan security forces — conducted a kinetic strike on a Tren de Aragua (TdA) compound in Venezuela. TdA founder & leader Hector Rusthenford Guerrero Flores, aka “Niño Guerrero,” was confirmed killed during the strike. The operation underscores the shared U.S. and Venezuelan commitment to take the fight to narco-terrorists and deny them any safe haven in our hemisphere. We will continue to work closely with security partners, like Venezuela — and counties in the Americas Counter Cartel Coalition (A3C) partners — to take the fight to our enemies.

Lo acompañaron los Ministros @pabloquirno, @fedesturze y @Mariolugones_ar, el @USAmbassadorARG Peter Lamelas y los Jefes de nuestras Fuerzas Armadas. En el Campo Militar de la Guarnición Militar Córdoba presenciaron un adiestramiento de alta exigencia que integró medios terrestres, aéreos y tropas especiales del @Ejercito_Arg, la @Armada_Arg y la @fuerzaaerea_arg junto al Special Operations Command South (@SOCSOUTH), bajo la coordinación del Comando Conjunto de Operaciones Especiales de @EMCFFAA_Arg. Durante 42 días, las FOE argentinas y estadounidenses planificaron y ejecutaron operaciones de manera integrada para potenciar la interoperabilidad, el alistamiento y la capacidad de actuar coordinadamente frente a escenarios complejos. 📍🇭🇳 Green Berets assigned to 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) trained with Honduras’ Primer Batallón de Fuerzas Especiales during a comprehensive Joint Combined Exchange Training (JCET), sharpening critical skills from Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) and communications to combat marksmanship and close quarters battle tactics. The training culminated in stress shoots, small unit tactics, mission planning, and a final exercise designed to test every skill learned along the way.
