Los Estados Unidos reafirmó su compromiso con la seguridad y la cooperación con el Ecuador mediante la entrega de tres embarcaciones interceptoras asignadas a la Armada. Las tres lanchas son la primera fase de 12 unidades especializadas con una inversión de aproximadamente $5 millones que se entregarán este 2026 para fortalecer los esfuerzos de interdicción marítima en alta mar.
