Reckless Uber Eats Biker Arrested After Allegedly Hitting Elderly Woman and Damaging a Uber Drivers Car . According to reports, an erratic Uber Eats bike courier allegedly struck a 70-year-old woman before targeting a nearby taxi driver. If 24 hour service was a problem when it first was implemented decades ago, consumers and PAs together would have protested and fought against it immediately. If you want a better program, work with consumers for solutions.

This is why we need to pass Priscilla's Law. E-bikes and e-scooters often exceed speed limits but aren't subject to the same laws as licensed drivers. Why require licensing and insurance for motorcycles but not for these?
