I used to think there were 2 types of people. 1. Those who put their shopping carts ๐Ÿ›’ back in the designated place. 2. Those who leave them wherever they want.๐Ÿค– On second thought maybe Clifton is right? โ‰๏ธ
There are 2 types of people: 1. People who see a trillionaire and wonder how they can innovate and emulate such success 2. People who see a trillionaire and seethe with resentment Do everything you can to ensure you're always around the first kind of person.

โ€œSuccessful people are relentless!โ€๐Ÿ”ฅ
Mike Brown shares a simple but powerful definition of winning in life. "Even if you don't have the quote unquote ultimate success that you think you deserve - if you get knocked down in life and you're able to get back up and keep fighting - that's a fricking win." "Most of our guys have probably had to go through that. But I think most people in the world have to go through it." Success isn't always the result - sometimes it's just refusing to stay down. It's choosing to endure, get back up, and keep fighting. Successful people are relentless. (๐ŸŽฅSNY )

The magic of the sun! ๐ŸŒž
The annual anti-sun propaganda campaign is about to launch. Here is what you need to know. 1. The sun does not cause cancer. 2.All commercial sunscreen is toxic, including mineral formulations. 3. The sun is one of the most powerful healers available to us. Utilize it in the early morning or late afternoon daily for optimal health. 4. Exposing your eyes and skin to early morning sunlight resets your body's natural clock, known as the circadian rhythm, making it easier to fall asleep at night and wake up refreshed. 5. Ultraviolet rays trigger cholesterol in your skin to produce vitamin D, which is vital for calcium absorption and the maintenance of healthy bone density. 6. Controlled sun exposure is used clinically to manage chronic skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, and vitiligo. Do not engage with the false narrative surrounding the sun. As with much of mainstream health information, the scientific consensus on sun exposure has been inverted.

Hereโ€™s why I eat meat! square1wellness.com/why-i-eaโ€ฆ
You probably will not see this in the usual headlines about red meat. Harvard affiliated researchers looked at more than 2,000 adults who had switched to a carnivore style way of eating and stayed with it for at least six months. Over 90 percent said their overall health felt better than on their previous diet. On average, people moved from the โ€œoverweightโ€ range into a normal BMI. Many reported calmer digestion, more stable energy and mood, and better blood sugar and triglyceride markers when they checked labs with their doctors. A lot of them also reported that, after changing how they eat with medical supervision, they were able to rely on fewer medications. For all the fear around meat, this is real-world data from real people. When they cut out sugar and ultra-processed food and base their meals on meat, eggs and animal fats, they do not fall apart. They feel and function better.

Voor mijn Nederlandse vrienden! ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ฑ๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ฑ Where the Knicks get the orange & blue! The New York Knicksโ€™ colorsโ€”primarily blue and orange (with white)โ€”are the official colors of New York City, chosen to reflect the teamโ€™s deep ties to the cityโ€™s history.017 When the Knicks (short for Knickerbockers) were founded in 1946, their name already nodded to New Yorkโ€™s Dutch colonial roots (from Washington Irvingโ€™s stories about early Dutch settlers in New Amsterdam, later New York). The colors followed the same theme: they come directly from the Princeโ€™s Flag (or Dutch Republic flag) of the 17th century, which featured orange, white, and blue. These colors were carried over into New York Cityโ€™s official flag and traditions.110 โ€ขOrange represents the Dutch royal family (the House of Orange) and energy/enthusiasm. โ€ขBlue symbolizes trust, stability, and the sea (common in Dutch maritime history). โ€ขThe combination appears on the NYC flag (blue, white, and orange stripes with a central seal) and ties into broader New York heritage, including the state flag.7 The Knicks have stuck with these colors for nearly their entire history (with a brief exception in the early 1980s when they experimented with maroon). Their uniforms and branding explicitly honor this civic connection, making the team a visual embodiment of New York itselfโ€”much like how the Mets also use similar hues.11 In short, itโ€™s not random or just for visual pop (though blue and orange are complementary colors); itโ€™s a deliberate link to the cityโ€™s founding Dutch legacy from 1625 onward. This is why youโ€™ll see Knicks fans and even city landmarks lighting up in blue and orange during big games.

Agree a most excellent and articulate article! ๐Ÿ”ฅ
This is a brilliant article. - What really counts? (deaths from any cause) - How survival time looks like it has increased (but it hasn't) thanks to screening. - The many ways (that you may wish to avoid) of becoming a patient... unbekoming.substack.com/p/thโ€ฆ
