Hey X, I loved building @NushiftConnect1 ( Healthcare engagement platform) and still believe in what we built. Circumstances just made it clear that my next step needs to optimise for focus and stability. I’ll continue to advocate for the product. And I’m exploring my next role as a Senior/Staff Product Engineer. I’ve been re-evaluating my role focus as I start a job search. I have ~15 years of experience and realised I’m no longer aligned with deep specialisation or DSA-heavy roles. The work I’ve consistently enjoyed (and done) is product-focused engineering: owning problems end-to-end, making tradeoffs across backend, UX, infra, security, and cost, and shipping systems that work in production If you’re building something and want an outside engineer’s perspective on how it’s actually working, happy to help.
