We are aware of the issues with parking in and around the area especially on some of our smaller roads. We would ask you to consider though if when you park, could we get our Fire engine through the gap you've left? Minutes matter and delays could possibly lead to lives lost.
Have you got one fitted and does it work ? Please check your smoke alarm every week, if it doesn't work it's the same as not having one......If you need a smoke alarm please get in touch using the contact details in the picture

Unfortunately our Charity clothes bin is gone ! Due to several concerns of it's close proximity to the Pedestrian crossing and people parking on/blocking the crossing it has been deemed necessary to remove it. The nearest bins are at Newport/ Bishops Stortford Fire stations
