- I would limit winning students, but didn't block them from placing the same bet multiple times (app change for next year)
- the LEGEND Bill Benter gave a fantastic guest talk

Interesting @BetTheProcess, based on my class experience I agree that teaching statistics through sports betting is a great way for students to explicitly think about uncertainty (I would've liked to hear more details about what the students did though) podcasts.apple.com/us/podcas…

imo every college and maybe high school needs to have some form of betting ed - doing it in a way that's not yelling 'fire and brimstone' at them is crucial, teach them statistics and what's going on in their brain, and let them lose all their extra credit in a fake sportsbook
