This is a huge litmus test for November. Orange County is CA's most populous conservative county. Reagan and Nixon both hailed from here. It's become increasingly competitive in the last 15 years, and now it's going for Becerra. Hilton should be concerned about his chances.

I live in #OrangeCounty, 1.5 miles outside the evacuation zone for the #chemicalleak. It's not going to blow anymore but ~40k people are STILL evacuated. Shelters are overflowing. Not a SINGLE church has stepped up to take people in, and there are so many in safe places. π‘
