In Alberta, optometrists are paid over twice the OHIP compensation rate for Ontario optometrists. Eye care is a fundamental part of health care, and providers should be fairly compensated for their services. #SaveEyeCare

tsk tsk @celliottability is still telling LIES. The @ONOptometrists never asked for those things. An 8.48% over the last 30 years does not compare to the regular increases for physicians. If you want to fund OHIP then fund it FULLY, not @ 50%! @CBCToronto
