Troubleshooting bead cleanups on WGS libraries with no magnetic plate. Some broken magnets, JBweld, and a random tip rack did the trick.
Anyone have 3D printer plans for DIY magnetic prep plates? Labs could buy a chunk of an NGS lane with the money saved…
