Ive had a cracking day at Coniston Lake for the Chillswim 5.25 mile swim, tired and achy now but some vinos will sort that right out

Well that was a tough day, Slateman Triathlon you didn't let us down, a cold swim, tough hills on the bike, tough hills on the run but loads of fun, loved it

A tough day at Penmaenmawr 10mile Fell Race, with 3 check points and over 2000ft of climb, 1 mile wide Bog at the top slowing us down, great fun, the things you do for a free beer and a cup of soup

It was a good day for the Liverpool Rock &Roll half marathon with a tail wind on the prom for once, good to run with friends

I enjoyed a good swim in Liverpool watersports centre tonight with the jellyfish, a bit fresh at first but we soon warmed up
