Forty years ago today, on April 12, 1985, I was 11 & went with my Dad to my very first concert - Chicago 17 at the Tacoma Dome. Loved it then, and proud of it now!

This is the 1st page of my audition on the @SportsCenter set.
Seven minutes that changed my life.

Howie was an icon inside the walls at ESPN - not for Stump or for his knowledge- which was legion- but for how much he cared. He & I first bonded over our mutual love of tennis. Of all the layoffs at ESPN, his was the most devastating. I love you, Howie. You’re missed already.
