After seeing all the Platner supporters’ economic illiteracy reacting to the “Elon first trillionaire!!!!” news I think I understand why he apologized to internet retards.

Ro is 100% correct.
This the basic difference. Republicans believe that that if you let the wealthy spend capital it will make Americans prosperous. Democrats believe that the federal government investing in the healthcare & education of our people will make America prosperous & productive.

This is true. Maine has the most extreme abortion laws on the planet. For 30 years we had a generally agreed upon viability rule that was non-controversial. Gov. Janet Mills and ex-Gov. Paul LePage both had the same exact campaign policy in 2022: no changes to Maine’s 1994 viability rules. Of course, Mills was lying. She had Planned Parenthood running and funding her political operation and immediately embraced a zero-rules abortion policy. Abortion clinics have fewer health inspections than your local McDonald’s, and you can get an abortion for any reason at any time.
Graham lives in Maine where state law allows him to coerce, threaten and intimidate all the women he's ever impregnated to kill his babies so he isn't "saddled with kids" So this is a lie. His precious "abortion rights" are safe so he can stay childless and full of rage at women

As a Japanese watching the UK right now, I have one simple question. A Sudanese asylum seeker just tried to behead a local man in Belfast. The victim lost an eye. This comes after years of grooming gangs raping thousands of British girls — gangs that police and councils deliberately ignored because they were afraid of being called racist. In Japan, even one case like this would have triggered national outrage and immediate policy reversal. But in Britain, the conversation is still about “not being far-right.” British people, at what point does protecting your own children become more important than protecting your reputation? We genuinely do not understand this.

💥NEW: John Fetterman *RIDICULES* Graham Platner after Platner called him “A**HOLE”🤣 “Oh, I’m devastated! I’m devastated! The tough guy that roughs up ex-girlfriends and the guy with the Nazi tattoo … I’ll take everything he says as a badge of honor.”

Interesting re Fable, Anthropic, and the U.S. Government. However, the more pressing question for humanity is how we can use export controls to stop foreign nationals from using EBT, FHA, Medicaid, etc. If the US government can just flip a switch and suddenly no non-citizen is allowed to use a website, why can’t this same authority apply to EBT card machines, FHA loans, Obamacare, CDFI loans, and every other government assistance program. Shut it down.
I’ve had a number of conversations with folks inside and outside government about the current situation with Anthropic, and here is what I believe to be true: — As we know, Anthropic publicly released its Mythos class models earlier this week under the commercial name Fable. — Fable is Mythos with guardrails. But if those guardrails fail, then you’ve exposed Mythos and its advanced cyber capabilities to people who shouldn’t have them. (Keep in mind that Anthropic itself widely promoted the idea that Mythos was a cyberweapon and needed to be regulated as such. They asked for government regulation of Mythos and championed the guardrails on Fable. If there is a vulnerability — big or small — it is Anthropic’s responsibility to patch.) — A highly credible trusted partner of both Anthropic and the USG who was testing Fable came forward with a jailbreak of those guardrails. The Admin asked Dario to fix the jailbreak or de-deploy the model. Dario refused. — In their blog post, Anthropic defended its decision by saying the jailbreak isn’t serious. That is not what the trusted partner and the USG believe; nor is that kind of minimizing language consistent with Anthropic’s brand as the AI safety company. It’s difficult to fathom how they could claim a jailbreak allowing operability of a cyber weapon could be defined as not “serious.” — In the past, Anthropic has always said that safety must be top priority and taken super seriously. In this case, Anthropic prioritized the continued offering of the consumer model over safety. — In reaction, the Admin issued the export control. The Admin did this reluctantly. It’s been very surprised that Anthropic hasn’t wanted to cooperate with a reasonable safety request (ie fixing the jailbreak issue). Anthropic’s reaction is very much at odds with their branding and ethos as a safe AI research community. — The Admin’s hope now is that Anthropic remediates the safety issue, the export control is lifted, and Fable goes back into general release. The Admin wants all of this to happen as soon as possible. It is frankly bewildered that Anthropic hasn’t wanted to comply with safety requests that it previously said were its highest priority. — Those trying to misdirect and tie this action to the prior DoW/Anthropic issues are wrong. The Admin values Anthropic’s technical capabilities and feels that this issue, while serious, should be easily resolved. The ball is in Anthropic’s court.

A security guard for Graham Platner allegedly stalked and harassed an HSI agent, mistaking the agent for ICE. Multiple law enforcement sources, who asked not to be named, confirmed that the subject in question was Melissa Dunn, an infamous left-wing agitator who also runs the "safety brigade" outside the mosque in Lewiston. Dunn apparently followed the agent for about 45 minutes, blowing her horn, pulling illegal U-turns, and running stop signs.

The Hill is out with my column on Democrats rallying around Graham Platner. For a party that literally sees Nazis around every tree, the one possible Nazi that they cannot see is the Democrat who had the Nazi tattoo on his chest... thehill.com/opinion/campaign…

So we can apply export controls to Fable 5 and frontier LLM blocking foreign nationals from using them… Why can’t we do this with EBT cards, EBT readers, ObamaPhones, FHA loans, CDFI loans…?

A schoolmate of Platner’s at John Bapst in Bangor recalls him pushing and spitting on a female high schooler at a party. The username corresponds to a Facebook user who is a member of the John Bapst class group for Graham’s graduating class. Can’t blame Uncle Sam for that. This comment was posted to YouTube by a viewer of Megyn Kelly’s show.

The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees. The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance. Access to all other Claude models is not affected. We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible. Read our full statement: anthropic.com/news/fable-myt…

In this week’s Stiles Section, @AndrewStilesUSA gives us the authoritative take on Graham Platner: Platner made history on Tuesday as the first former Hotchkiss attendee with a Nazi tattoo to win a major party’s U.S. Senate nomination while facing credible allegations of domestic abuse. He is also, presumably, the first U.S. Senate nominee who has fantasized about raping burglars and reminisced about masturbating in porta potties.

If the details of this allegation can be confirmed as credible, the War Department could investigate. TBD.
🚨I just got off the phone with a former Iraqi Sahwa commander who served with the Desert Brigade from its founding in 2005 until 2010. During that time, he frequently operated alongside Kilo Company, 3rd Battalion, 8th Marines in Ramadi, the capital of Al Anbar Province in western Iraq. He shared some disturbing details about a Marine named Graham Planter. According to the commander, there was a recurring pattern involving their interpreter, who would arrange visits to a local woman running a prostitution house. She had several underage daughters. Planter and a couple of other Marines would go to the house, often setting up an observation point with their Iraqi counterparts. The story took a darker turn when he described how it started. During what was supposed to be a routine raid on the home, they discovered it wasn’t a terrorist hideout — it was a brothel operated by a single mother who had lost her husband. After that first encounter, the visits became regular. Two or three Marines including the interpreter would disappear inside the house for an hour, sometimes up to an hour and a half. The Iraqi Sahwa fighters were always positioned outside, securing the area between the roof and the front gate. They were never allowed inside. The commander was emphatic. He said he was 110% certain that Graham Planter and one or two others were paying for sex with both the mother and her underage daughters.
