As a runner, I don't always wake up wanting to go run. Today was one of those days. I was a bit tired, snoozed for a few minutes, and got out the door 45 minutes later than planned. The wind was brutal during my 20-mile run. 1/2

I screamed, "Yeah!" and pumped my fists in excitement. Any day with a run outdoors is a great day, even if it doesn't start that way. 2/2
