. @bluehostsupport @bluehost Your server is running out of service software and support chat is saying they won't / can't upgrade it. How can we get software upgraded on shared hosting? Running with without updates in 3 years is very insecure!

For anyone considering @Bluehost, their answer is that, though they haven't updated in over three years, they won't do it now nor have any idea when it might happen. Most precise answer so far: this year. 😦 I.e. I'll be shopping for new #WebHosting
