I think the bigger but also super minuscule menial retcon here is how after each movie they make Woody look less and less like an actual 50's toy and more like the real life modern tie in toys sold
This is just one of the unnecessary retcons this movie made and I’m never forgetting.

I hate how all the girls isolate themselves either in pursuit of or for the player/MC. Like, Natsuki/Yuri don’t reconcile if you go down either one of their routes (they’re lowk still pitted against each other), Sayori cuts herself off from the group both in Act 1 and Act 4 (1/9)

Natsuki looses the only place that was safe for her & she admits she wanted to be friends with Yuri but our presence made it impossible
Imo Natsuki suffers from consequences of player's existence a lot even if she's not as "obsessed" with MC as others
