Premier @FordNation was in #Thornhill recently and residents affected by Metrolinx’s ill-considered YNSE route vied for his attention. After a year of trying to get him to respond we hoped he'd stop and talk but he left by a back door and honked at us! “For The People” is a joke.

Thank you @MelissaLantsman for your continuing steadfast support! While we are grateful to have a station…it currently comes at high cost to our community by tunnelling under homes/schools/parks when there's a better (and already approved) way: a Yonge subway belongs on Yonge!

Please join us Nov 28th at 2 pm to celebrate the lives of the trees of our beloved urban rail corridor forest. If Metrolinx gets its way, these glorious trees will be cut down in their prime, in a matter of weeks, to build the rushed and ill-considered Ontario Line above ground.
