I joined the Maryland Department of Labor for its inaugural Recovery Friendly Workplace Convening to hear how employers across our state are helping reduce stigma around substance use disorder and creating supportive environments for employees in recovery. Thank you to Maryland’s certified Recovery Friendly Workplaces for leading by example and helping build a stronger, healthier workforce.
