It's 2023, LLM's are generating clear, human-sounding speech mimicking anyone in the world's voice and yet I still have to listen to a voicemail I receive 10 times because it is so grainy and fuzzy I can't make out the name, number, or company... *sigh* #telecommunications

Your problem isn't the problem. The problem is executing to fix the problem. We can all list 5 things we know are wrong/broken, know can be fixed and just live with. So the broken thing isn't the issue. The problem is in the fix execution. That's where most people fail.
