Twitch Streamer Hasan Piker has slightly shifted his stance on Twitch Streamer Frogan's lawsuit with Ethan Klein of H3H3 Productions. Last week, he was willing to say that there is something else surprising about the Frogan lawsuit beyond what people know, but he didn't elaborate. Now Hasan is acknowledging that Frogan never responded/"persued" to the lawsuit.

I think its very disingenuous to not understand both sides of the Ethan Klein vs iDubbbz lawsuit. Ethan is absolutely breaking the internet "golden rule" by moving this into IRL action. This does set a bad precedent among creators who beef with each other going forward, especially when Ian didn't even create the disturbing claim - just rebroadcasted it in the most bad faith way possible. Its not kosher (pun may or may not be intended) to be the guy who makes a mountain out of a molehill. However, I do understand that this has gone beyond just internet drama for Ethan - its reached inside his home. If I were in his shoes I'd think "what kind of man, husband, or father would I be if I didn't do everything in my power to protect my family?" Especially when the person amplifying the message has been in your home and met your family as a former friend. Again, choosing a side is reasonable. You're probably inclined one way or the other depending on your own experiences, but completely invalidating the opposing sentiment is clearly disingenuous and gives off big "team sports". Im personally against the lawsuit, I dont think it shouldve gone beyond a C&D, but I can understand where Ethan is coming from - even if it does break the golden rule.

Underwear brand EBY hired an influencer to create UGC videos showing off some of EBY's garments. They were "tasteful, non-sexual versions of EBY's products," according to Molly Tranchin (aka FashionVeggie)'s lawsuit. She alleges EBY took her content and used AI to create deepfake images depicting her "exposing her breasts and nipples through one of EBY's sheer bras" and posted it on EBY's socials. Tranchin alleges that EBY's CEO sent her a personal email apologizing. She's suing under California's non-consensual deepfake law and for defamation, copyright infringement, breach of contract, and related claims.

Being against this lawsuit is absolutely just and reasonable, however, I hate the loudest mouths against it - some of the most insufferable people on the internet.
