This bill would require DOT to *follow state law* and implement universal daylighting in NYC.
Today's @NYCCouncil hearing is the next step toward safer streets for pedestrians on the Upper West Side and all across the city.

There are no proceed bike lanes connecting the #bikenyc greenways in Central Park and Riverside Park.

West 72nd Street is a good example of how NYC's streets prioritize motor vehicles at the expense of everyone else. We have a vision to rebalance the corridor to meet the needs of everyone who uses it.

These NYPD barricades were knocked over obstructing the bike lane at 9:20 this morning. @NYPD24Pct could you please check on this and fix the condition if necessary. Location: CPW just north of 96th St.

I applaud @NewYorkStateAG’s decision to not defend @GovKathyHochul’s “indefinite pause” of congestion pricing in court.
Our Attorney General has a responsibility to uphold NYS Law, which is clear: congestion pricing must be implemented as required by the Legislature.
