The panel now is talking about how much work has changed… to roles that hadn’t existed before… but maybe it’s the skills and content of jobs. We are producing a lot of the same goods and services differently… but many of the same@occupations. #techdisrupts22
The chief economist at @GM is taking workforce training and reskilling for EV production at #techdisrupts22 — their EV assembly lines are made up of up skilled workers — awesome!!
What might drive that? I’d guess that there are many skills that are relevant in both types of production and as production and products green… so do skills! And lots of workers primed to make the transition!
