Got my 30min in the tub. Been a few months since last one listening to @1116sen Gary/Tim with their morning drive show that no one is currently driving in VIctoria ...and then a nice warm bath to cap off the day...

I did read his book it was very interesting I have none not done his breathing exercises very often lately and should get back into it the first 1 to 2 minutes is the hardest when it’s that cold

Make sure you check in with your demo couple of times a year. I’ve had to do some cream application before on my back this is my first on my face two more weeks to go
