So it seems @TLRailUK don’t care about passengers was on the Brighton to Bedford train. I advised of this smashed window flapping about and the train travelling through platforms at speed this pain of glass could easily injure someone on the platform. They don’t seem to see this as an urgent issue

Hey @TLRailUK you might need to send someone down at east Croydon to look at the train coming from Gatwick to Bedford arriving around 9:50ish (fast train from Brighton) carriage 7 has a smashed window which looks unsafe
