You see this family amazes me. The parents work 12 to 15 hour days. They get up at 2 and 3 in the morning. Get home and go straight to caring for their children. I watched it with my own eyes. It filled me so much hope.

Why don’t they care or deal with their kids? Isn’t it their responsibility? Why can I never reach the parents? Why do they not show up to parent teacher conferences? But teaching. It opens your eyes. At least it did for me.
