Still waiting for @selenathelabel to make right with a customer-ME-for refusing to offer a refund for a product that does not fit. They blocked me on FB and Messenger rather than simply resolve this.

I made a purchase from @selenathelabel recently and it’s the wrong size. They refuse to issue me a full refund. I emailed them 5 times with no response. They blocked me from their Facebook and Messenger accounts. How about that customer service? #dontbuyfromthem

Surgery for carpal tunnel. No big deal, they said. Keep ice on it and you’ll be fine, they said. They are wrong - this hurts.

I was nervous but proud to participate Friday evening in a stuttering event in Peru. It was live streamed on Facebook, I was the only woman and I don’t speak Spanish. But, it worked. @50MillionVoices @westutter

Biden handled his stuttering moments very well. It’s easy to get flustered with time pressure but I think he did ok. I was braced for 45 to mock him so that he didn’t was a good thing.
