Even though it missed many of our papers, my group emerged as the top research group in NLP for social media mining in general, not only for health, in this recently published bibliometric analysis. I am very thankful for my outstanding research team!

How do social media sites political leanings compare? Yesterday I did a poll on all the platforms I'm on (barring TikTok) the results when listed side by side are fascinating...
As they're self-selecting polls, this is less about the absolute vote and more about the relative weights of those on each platform who chose to vote
PS As these come from my social media followers, there is a possible bias there, but it is a consistent bias across platforms

When Starmer says he talked to the 'communities most impacted', he plays a sectarian game. The background to episodes of social disorder concerns all of us. While disorder is generally a sign that all is not well with democracy, it does not always arise from racism.
