So i was planning how the service booking will work.

How I got my first freelance client: found a local biz with a bad website, built a 1-page audit of what they were losing, emailed the owner. They replied in 2 hours. Show value before asking.

Your clinic's website works 24/7. Your phone doesn't. That's the whole growth problem for a 1-2 location practice.

21x. that's how much more likely a clinic converts a lead if they reply in 5 min vs 4 hours. i've watched 4 clinics lose a month of ad spend to this in the last 60 days. it is not a software problem.

I was delaying the selling part until io found this

The stat that should keep you up at night: Responding within 5 minutes increases conversion by 21x. Not 2x. Not 5x. 21x. Most clinics take 4-24 hours. By then, patient booked with whoever answered first.

here we go again.. payloadcms migration blew up. this is why i am shifting old payload sites into my own Dnd funnel builder. And this is exactly why database backup is important

Guess what finally to @tan_stack start. Honestly i was relied upon @payloadcms thats why i couldn't leave nextjs. Only thing i use on payload is the block builder but i now finally create a better block builder @tannerlinsley Again, awesome developer experience and the runtime is so fast
