Writing a bio for a literary journal can be hard. Here's a guide. Use up to 3 of 8 elements here (listed in order of importance) to build a bio. Yes, writing about oneself in third person is strange, but happily, one shouldn't have to (actually, one should not) write too much.

The best way to deliver nutrients to your writing practice is to read widely. While it's tempting to stick with genres, authors, or time periods you love, eat your literary veggies by reading outside of your comfort zone. Your writing practice will thank you. #writingcommunity
